The Board of CLS is pleased to announce that the offices at Ingram House, 13/15 
John Adam Street are once again fully let following extensive refurbishment. 
 
The ground floor, extending to 168 sq m (1,805 sq ft) has been let to Spayne 
Lindsay and Co. LLP for a term of five years at [pounds sterling]54,150 per annum ([pounds sterling]322 per sq 
m/[pounds sterling]30 per sq ft). The lease is subject to a tenant's break option at the end of 
the third year of the term and a six month rent free period. 
 
The lower ground and basement floors, extending to 197 sq m (2,120 sq ft) have
