VIRIDIAN GROUP APPOINTS ADDITIONAL NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Viridian Group PLC has appointed John A Biles as a non-executive director with
effect from 23 August 2005.
John Biles was formerly Finance Director of FKI plc having previously been
Group Financial Director of Chubb Security Plc following its demerger from
Racal Electronics Plc ("Racal") in 1992. Before this he held various financial
director positions within Racal.
John Biles is a non-executive director and chairman of the audit committee at
Charter plc, Chapelthorpe plc and Armorgroup International plc.
