    FUN Technologies plc and FUN Technologies Inc. announce completion of 
 
    the Scheme of Arrangement involving Liberty Media Corporation 
 
 
 
    LONDON, England, March 10 /CNW/ - FUN Technologies plc ("Old FUN") and 
 
FUN Technologies Inc. ("New FUN") are pleased to announce the completion of 
 
the Scheme of Arrangement (the "Scheme") involving Liberty Media Corporation 
 
("Liberty") pursuant to which, among other things, Old FUN has become the 
 
wholly-owned subsidiary of New FUN. Liberty indirectly owns approximately 51% 
 
of the outstanding common shares in New FUN on a fully-diluted basis. 
 
    Dealings in the shares of New FUN commenced this morning on AIM, and will 
 
begin on the Toronto Stock Exchange at 9:30 a.m. (Toronto time) today under
