On March 13, 2006 Royal Dutch Shell plc filed its Annual Report on Form 20-F 
for the year ended 31 December 2005 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange 
Commission (SEC). 
 
Separately an Annual Review and summary financial statements will be made 
available to shareholders in mid April, in time for the Annual General Meeting 
(AGM). The Annual Reports and Accounts will be submitted for approval at the 
AGM on 16 May 2006. 
 
The financial statements contained in the filing have been prepared in 
accordance with applicable laws in England and Wales and with International
