CABLE & WIRELESS - ORGANISATION STRUCTURE AND BOARD MEMBERSHIP
As announced on 31 January 2006, Cable and Wireless plc (Cable & Wireless) is
establishing a new organisation and management structure designed to maximise
shareholder value over the next three years through the creation of two
operationally self-contained businesses, International and UK. This will ensure
dedicated management focus on the different financial and operational
characteristics of each.
