The Management Board of Agora S.A. announces that the Annual Report for 2005 of
the Company reviewed by the auditor will be available at the UKLA's Document
Viewing Facility and in London offices of Weil Gotshal & Manges at One South
Place, London ECM 2 WG. The aforementioned documents include financial
statements presented in accordance with International Financial Reporting
Standards.
Additionally, acting pursuant to A* 29 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Regulations,
the Management Board of Agora SA with its seat in Warsaw (the "Company") hereby
furnishes the statement regarding conformity with the rules of corporate
governance.
