Candover Investments plc ("Candover" or the "Company")
Result of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM")
At the Company's EGM held earlier today, the Resolution proposed was duly
passed. By passing the Resolution, Shareholders approved the Return of Cash.
Copies of the Resolution passed at the EGM have been submitted to the UK
Listing Authority and will be available for inspection at the Financial
Services Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
