Invesco Perpetual European Absolute Return Trust plc announces that, at the
Annual General Meeting of the Company held today, all resolutions were duly
passed on a show of hands. The Special Business consisted of one Ordinary and
three Special Resolutions, as follows:
Ordinary Resolution 8:
That the Company continues in being as an investment trust.
Special Resolution 9:
To renew the Directors' authority to issue new ordinary shares and to disregard
pre-emption rights.

To renew the Directors' authority to purchase shares of the Company in the
