 b. the Notice of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on 13 July 
    2006 at 11.00am at the Holiday Inn, Coram Street, London, WC1N 1HT; 
 c. the Form of Proxy in relation to the Annual General Meeting; and 
 d. the revised Emap plc Articles of Association (in clean and tracked 
    versions) 
 
have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available 
for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility, which
