GEORGE TOWN, Grand Caymans, Sept. 22 /CNW/ - PetroWorld Corp. (the
"Company") (TSX-V: PWD, AIM: PWC) announced today that at the Extraordinary
General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company held at 10:00 am (EST) today,
shareholder approval was duly obtained for all resolutions set out in the
Admission Document sent to shareholders on 8 September 2006 ("Admission
Document"), including approval of the merger with NuCoastal (Thailand) Ltd
