    GEORGE TOWN, Grand Caymans, Sept. 25 /CNW/ - PetroWorld Corp. (the 
"Company") (TSX-V Trading Symbol: PWD, London AIM: PWC) is pleased to announce 
that it has completed the acquisition of NuCoastal (Thailand) Limited and the 
acquisition of shares of APICO LLC from PH Gas LP (the "Acquisitions"). 
    The Company has also completed its public offering of 61,500,000 common 
shares of the Company at a price of $0.65 per common share, raising gross
