Tenneco Announces Change of Transfer Agent and Rights Agent
LONDON, Nov. 14 -- Tenneco Inc. announced that the company has changed the
transfer agent of its common stock and the rights agent under the company's
Rights Agreement to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. from Wachovia Bank, N.A., effective
November 13, 2006. Shareholders have been notified of the change by mail.
