                            Result of Court Hearing 
 
At the Court hearing held earlier today, the Court approved the reduction of 
capital and cancellation of share premium account of the Company, details of 
which were contained in the circular to shareholders dated 9 February 2007. 
 
Following approval by the Court, the Company is now able to proceed with the 
return of capital to shareholders of approximately [pounds sterling]11.8 million. 
 
The despatch of cheques and credit to CREST accounts in respect of the return 
of capital is expected to take place on or around 10 April 2007.
