Listing Rule 9.6 - Board Changes
The Board of H R Owen plc today announces that, following the successful
outcome of the recent restructuring process, it has been agreed that David
Jaggar will step down as Finance Director with effect from 1st May 2007.
The Board would like to thank Mr Jaggar for the invaluable contribution he has
made to the Company over the last 15 years, and wishes him every success in his
future endeavours.
The Board is also pleased to announce that Michael Warren has been appointed to
the executive position of Finance Director with effect from 1st May 2007. Mr
