A block listing application has been made for 35,000 Ordinary Shares of 10 10/ 
19p each under the Restricted Share Plan and 35,000 Ordinary Shares under the 
Savings Related Share Option Scheme (UK Share Save) in the Company to be 
admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the 
London Stock Exchange. The shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari 
passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of the Company. 
 
Of the shares, 35,000 will be issued pursuant to the exercise or vesting of 
awards granted under the Restricted Share Plan and 35,000 will be issued to the
