                             CHAIRMAN'S STATEMENT 
 
This year HR Owen celebrates 75 years of business and Jack Barclay, the Group's 
famous Bentley franchise, where we are holding the AGM today, celebrates its 
80th birthday. 
 
Each year I have provided an update at the time of the AGM with regard to the 
Group's corporate strategy and current trading. In my statement at the time of 
the Group's preliminary announcement, I was pleased to be able to review the 
company's activities following the strategic disposals that took place last 
year. 
 
Due to the Group's increasing focus on luxury brands, the company's results 
were considerably improved over the previous year. The dealership disposals
