DELISTING OF LIONORE FROM THE ASX 
 
As previously announced to the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), LionOre 
Mining International Ltd (LionOre) proposes to delist from the ASX with effect 
from close of ASX trading on the ASX on 5 June 2007. 
 
LionOre shareholders whose LionOre CDIs (or CHESS Depository Interests) remain 
registered on LionOre's Australian register at 5pm (Perth time) on the date 
LionOre is delisted from the ASX (Australian Shareholders) will have their
