Tender Offer
The Directors of the Company have the discretion to make semi-annual tender
offers in February and August of each year at the prevailing NAV, less 2%, for
up to 20% of the Company's issued share capital. Over the last six months,
despite favourable returns, the Company's discount to NAV has been on average
5.6% and in the light of this, the Directors have, on this occasion, resolved
to exercise their discretion to implement a tender offer as at 31 August 2007.
Whilst the tender is open to all Shareholders, the Directors have no intention
