BOARD DIRECTOR RESPONSIBILITIES
We are pleased to announce that with immediate effect Dean Finch, Group Finance
Director, will assume the role of Chief Operating Officer - North America with
responsibility for all of our North American businesses. This will be a
temporary assignment for an anticipated period of 12 months during which time
Dean will lead all aspects of the integration of our acquisition of Laidlaw
International, Inc. and the delivery of the synergies of the enlarged North
American business.
