Candover Investments plc - Resignation of non-executive director
Candover Investments plc announces the resignation of Stephen Curran as a
non-executive director with effect from 6 December 2007.
Gerry Grimstone, Chairman of Candover Investments plc, said:
"After many years of dedicated service to Candover, first as an executive, then
as Chairman and most recently as a non-executive director, Stephen Curran has
decided to bring this chapter of his business career to an end and stand down
from the Candover Board. Stephen was one of the original architects of Candover
and, without him, Candover would not exist in its present form. On behalf of
Candover, I would like to thank him very much for his great contribution to the
