HEADLINE: Circular re investment policy and borrowing limits
Further to the announcement on 17 December, the Company is today posting a
circular to shareholders convening an extraordinary general meeting at which
resolutions will be proposed, inter alia, to remove or amend the existing
limits on borrowings and to adopt a new investment policy with revised
investment restrictions and risk diversification policies. It is not proposed
to amend the Company's investment objective, nor is it proposed or intended
that the new policy will result in any significant change to the way in which
the Group's assets are managed. The modified investment policy proposed to be
adopted is set out below.
