New Chairman of the Board of Directors
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of TDC A/S, Henning Dyremose, has
informed TDC that he wishes to resign as Chairman and member of the Board in
connection with the Annual General Meeting in spring 2008. The Board proposes
that the present Vice Chairman, Vagn SA[cedilla]rensen, be appointed as future Chairman
of the Board at the constituting board meeting immediately after the Annual
General Meeting.
Vagn SA[cedilla]rensen, aged 48, MSc Economics and Business Administration, has been a
member and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of TDC since April 2006, and
has previously been CEO of Austrian Airlines Group and Deputy CEO of SAS. Vagn
