United Business Media acquires AeroStrategy data business
Commonwealth Business Media expands its aviation and aerospace market
capabilities
United Business Media plc today announces that it has acquired AeroStrategy's
aviation data business on behalf of its Commonwealth Business Media division.
UBM has acquired the business from its founders for an initial cash
consideration of US$0.9m, with a further performance-related consideration of
up to US$1.2m payable over the next three years.
AeroStrategy operates consultancy and data businesses in the aviation
maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) and original equipment manufacturer
(OEM) sectors and is highly regarded for its strategic and market insight into
