United Business Media plc
Proposed dividend
Following the announcement of its financial results for 2007 made earlier
today, United Business Media plc states that, subject to shareholder approval,
the final dividend on the ordinary shares of 16.76 pence per share will be paid
on 22 May 2008 to shareholders on the register on 14 March 2008. The dividend
on the B shares will be 10 pence per share and will be paid on 24 April 2008 to
shareholders on the register on 25 March 2008.
