GCap Media plc (GCap) today announces that it has acquired a majority stake in
the local social networking website company, welovelocal.com Limited
(welovelocal.com) from Duncan and Max Jennings for a cash consideration of A[pounds sterling]
450,000. GCap also paid for the cash in the company and will make further
staged payments of A[pounds sterling]150,000 in total to the vendors as deliverables are met
over the coming weeks.
