The Annual General Meeting of If P&C Insurance Holding LTD has today elected the
company's managing director TorbjA[paragraph]rn Magnusson as a new member of the Board. Mr
Magnusson replaces Markku HyvA[currency]rinen who will leave the Board of Directors. The
Board of Directors of the company consists of Kari Stadigh, the Chairman of the
Board, Patrick LapvetelA[currency]inen, Peter Johansson and TorbjA[paragraph]rn Magnusson.
