Posting of the 2007 Annual Report and Accounts and notice of Annual General

Aga Foodservice Group plc ("Aga") is today posting its Annual Report and
Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting to Shareholders.
The Notice of Meeting includes resolutions to approve a change of the Company
name to Aga Rangemaster Group plc, to adopt `The Aga Rangemaster Group plc
Sharesave Plan' and to approve amendments to the Aga Foodservice Group
Long-Term Incentive Plan.
Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts, the draft rules of The Aga
Rangemaster Group plc Sharesave Plan and amended rules of the Aga Foodservice
Group Long-Term Incentive Plan have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority,
