A-B-C Packaging Machine Corp. introduced the new Model 70 partition opener/inserter that automatically opens and inserts lightweight chipboard partitions with 6, 12, 24 or 48 cells into RSC, HSC or Tablock cases. At speeds up to 35 cases per minute, the machine uses a streamlined two-step progression with A-B-C's "intelligent control" electronics.

The direct motion mechanics employ mechanical and pneumatic components to give users optimum performance and flexibility. The compact size and inline design allow this machine to be easily installed between the case erector and packer on existing packaging lines.
