SUE HERERA, CNBC ANCHOR: As of Friday, crude supplies from the Gulf were 77 percent of normal, 1.5 million output, and some of the U.S. refineries, though slowly recovering, remain offline after the back-to-back storms that we saw. But oil and gas prices have come down, crude prices specifically last week broke to their lowest level in nine weeks. Tim Evans joins us, energy analyst at IFR Energy Services. He`s at the NASDAQ today with more on the energy markets.
