Employers told to prevent sexual harassment through policies, training, and procedures

The liquor flowed. The music roared. But the holiday party resulted in more than an end-of-the-year hangover. It led to a sexual- harassment complaint.
A female employee complained to her manager that a male colleague touched her inappropriately on the dance floor.
Was it the company's problem? Did the firm have to step in? You betcha.
So the firm conducted an internal investigated, interviewing the woman, a witness and the man accused.
