PROJECT OVERVIEW:

A Sino/American joint venture was recently established in view of implementing a water supply project in China. The partners in the planned undertaking include U.S.-based EARTH TECH INC. and the local HEIBEI CHANGLI WATER SUPPLY CO. LTD.

According to the terms of the collaborative agreement, the partnership is proposing to build a water supply plant of undisclosed cost or size in the northern Chinese province of Heibei. In any case, EARTH TECH INC. is expected to invest $20,000,000 into the venture during the next 3 to 5 years.

In so doing, the consortium will jointly operate the plant for a 20 year period.
