PROJECT OVERVIEW:

An American/Venezuelan joint venture, operating under the name of AGUAS INDUSTRIALES DE JOSE C.A., was recently established in view of undertaking a water upgrade project in Venezuela. The partners in the planned undertaking include U.S.-based EARTH TECH INC. and the local PEQUIVEN.

According to the terms of the collaborative agreement, the new company will be responsible for the supply of industrial water to the installations currently operating at PEQUIVEN's Jose complex, located in eastern Venezuela, as well as to the projects which the oil and petrochemicals industry is developing in the area.
