Visa EU upgrades support services. (Technotes).(Brief Article)

Visa EU is upgrading its customer support services to its member banks through a [pounds sterling]1.4m deal with Getronics, the information and communication technology solutions company. Getronics will provide a new contact, workflow, documentation and issues management system, and make the new service available via the web-based customer support service, Solutions. This will enable Visa EU member banks to raise questions online, and access and track their progress.

Visa EU receives approximately 9000 communications from its member banks each month, either by telephone, e-mail, fax or letter and this figure is growing at around 15% a year.
