Quad/Graphics Set for a Healthy Development

MARTINSBURG - Already recognized earlier this year by Fortune magazine as one of the nation's best companies to work for, the 9-year-old Quad/Graphics plant here is adding another employee perk - a health clinic conveniently located on site.

"We want to make sure our employees have access to the best available health care," explained Claire Ho, the spokeswoman for Quad, a Wisconsin-based company with 12,000 workers in dozens of plants across the country.

In fast-growing Martinsburg, some Quad workers have had trouble finding a physician or have been forced to endure long waits at doctor's offices, according to Pam Rostagno, the plant manager in Martinsburg.
