Joan C. Stamp, a philanthropist heavily involved in the Wheeling community, always has had a talent for creative projects, but her latest creations are providing high-quality, custom-beaded jewelry for the Wheeling area.

Stamp's small business, BeadJeweled, is in her home, where she keeps her inventory of various colors, sizes and cuts of semi-precious stones for customers to browse. They can chat with her about the kinds of customized jewelry designs they'd like to purchase.
