The Marketing & Communications Division of the West Virginia Department of Commerce recently sent out its first ever bills, totaling $105,413.21 among the nine agencies within Commerce for projects performed or completed in July.
"So far it seems to be working out fine, but we've only had one month's experience," said Frank Jezioro, director of the Division of Natural Resources. "I would be the first one to jump up and scream if it's not working because we're responsible to the citizens and hunters and fishermen."
