MORGANTOWN - For nearly two decades, Bruce McClymonds has been a leader at West Virginia University Hospitals.
McClymonds, now president and CEO, began his business career at WVU Hospitals in 1989, coming on board as vice president of finance and moving up until he was named president and chief executive officer in 1997.
"Things just sort of happened. It wasn't a goal that got me here," McClymonds said.
Prior to his career at WVU Hospitals, McClymonds spent seven years at Price Waterhouse in Pittsburgh as a staff accountant, senior accountant and manager. He also served as senior vice president and chief financial officer at Greater Canonsburg Health System in Canonsburg, Pa.
