Master Bond Inc, USA, has introduced Supreme65HT-6--an epoxy adhesive technology with exceptional processing strengths.
The epoxy is a two component, adhesive formulated to cure quickly (3-5 min) at ambient temperatures. Further, it produces exceptionally good performance bonds with tensile lap shear strengths in excess of 210 kg*c[m.sup.2] (3000 pounds per square inch) for service in temperature range of--62[degrees]C to 204[degrees]C.
Additionally, it offers superior resistance to thermal shock, vibration and stress fatigue cracking while maintaining the moisture, creep, corrosion and thermal resistance typical of epoxy resin adhesives, the company says.
