Romania has topped the list of European countries for citizens with IT training, a new study by Brainbench found.
Brainbench, a US online IT certification company recently searched its own database to find how the world's population stands in terms of IT intelligence.
The resulting "2002: Global IT IQ Report" refers to online certification performed for Brainbench tests. These tests are numerous ? there are more than 30 available ? and not free of charge. They do not intend to replace certifications granted by large corporations after graduating difficult classes.
