Equant a global data and IP provider, has implemented a 22-country IP VPN for the Unaxis Group, a provider of production systems, components and services for selected growth markets, focused on information technology.
Headquartered in Pfaffikon, Switzerland, Unaxis is using Equant IP VPN to link its production and distribution companies in Asia, Europe and North America, with remote access for employees using Equant IP Dial. Equant's solution replaces a frame relay-based network, connecting more than 6,700 employees in six of Unaxis' eight global divisions
