Building custom clubs in volume, Karsten Manufacturing Corp. relies on the skills of (human) operators.

The crowd is hushed. Teeing off at the signature 16th hole at Augusta National is not for the feint of heart. The par-3, 190-yard hole has water coming into play from tee to green. Greg Norman knows how this hole can make the difference between victory and defeat. If the player is lucky enough to avoid the water along the fairway, the green slopes toward the water. An errant iron shot or a missed putt guarantees at least a bogey for the hole.
