Expedited tax refunds will be made for terrorist attack victims. President Bush has signed a law refunding all income tax for 2000 and 2001 for those who died in the Sept. 11 attacks or from exposure to anthrax.

Refund claims should be sent to IRS, Box 4053, Woburn, MA 01888. Returns should be marked with "KITA-9/11" or "KITA-Anthrax" at the top.

Victims of the Oklahoma City bombing can receive fast refunds too. Refund claims for 1994 and 1995 income tax should be sent to same address, with "KITA-Oklahoma City" written on top. Must be filed by Jan. 23, 2003.

IRS will release a new publication soon on the rules...Pub. 3920.
