Europe: In February Max Factor by Ellen Betrix (owned by Procter & Gamble) will introduce a lipstick with a shimmering effect under the name Colour Perfection Shimmers. The shimmer comes from glittering silvery particles. The lipstick is available in six colours, from Rose Shimmer to Cocao Shimmer and Violet Shimmer.

Thanks to a special formula, it can be easily and precisely applied. Once applied, the composition of ultra fine colour pigments and the silvery particles move with the lips' movements so that the colour and the shimmer last for hours. And the product also provides the lips with moisture. The rrp is expected to be about 11 [euro].
