Marktech Optoelectronics is pleased to announce the availability of Toshiba's TB62727 Constant Current Driver. The TB62727FN is designed for use in full-color LED displays. The driver device features 16 constant current outputs (2-50 mA) with a built in dot current correction for each channel. The current correction function allows the designer to digitally control the output current from 0-100% by utilizing the driver's internal DAC. The driver package also incorporates Thermal Shut Down (TSD) and Output Open Detection (ODD) circuits. The constant current driver will enhance any RGB application where a constant current or the ability to control current flow through an output is desired.
