In an article e-published ahead of print on August 2 in Neuroimage, Sakai and colleagues from a consortium of Japanese hospitals and universities reported on ^sup 18^F-FDG PET imaging to elucidate the mechanisms by which cognitive-behavioral therapy improves symptoms in individuals with panic disorder.
