California's Marine Ports Need More Room for Oil Imports, State's Energy Commission Says

Because increasing demand for oil is placing stress on California's marine ports, the ports need to expand capacity and storage, at least for the short-term, said the California Energy Commission in its 2007 Integrated Energy Policy Report (IEPR).
