COLUMBUS, Ohio -- The Heating, Airconditioning & Refrigeration Distributors International has donated the 1932-1969 bound volumes of American Artisan magazine to the history section of the ASHRAE library in Atlanta.

American Artisan was a technical publication directed to the sheet-metal contractor and air-conditioning dealer. Originally a scientific journal published out of New York, the journal moved to Chicago and became application-focused, evolving from tin and hardware into a metals, heating and air-conditioning publication.
