The project included approximately 13,000 square feet of Metl-Span's CF Light Mesa polyurethane foam-insulated wall panels in Sandstone color. Brookshire has usually used masonry for wall construction.

The project was completed in April 2003. According to David Enoch, project manager for the wall contractor, Southwest Vault Builders in Dallas, "The test must have been a success because we've just completed a second location using the Metl-Span panels. The insulated, one-piece panel is easy to install and offers great energy efficiency."
