HARDI's first congressional lobbying day, April 30, will feature Mort Kondracke, the executive editor of Roll Call, a newspaper covering Congress.

A journalist for 45 years, 40 of them in Washington, Kondracke has covered nearly every phase of American politics and foreign policy in newspapers, magazines and on radio and TV. He has been a regular commentator for the Fox News Channel for more than 10 years and has been co-host of the weekly political show, "The Beltway Boys," since 1998. Kondracke is also a regular panelist on "Special Report with Brit Hume."
