Mitsubishi Electric HVAC Advanced Products promoted Tony Hayes to national service director.
"Tony has been instrumental in creating new, innovative ways to streamline service and technical response to our customers," says William Rau, senior vice president and general manager of Mitsubishi Electric HVAC. "His leadership has helped expand the technical service department and our ability to meet customers' needs. Just this year, we will provide at least 4,000 customers with technical service training education."
